I am currently sitting on the beach happy as a clam, in my rainbow crochet Lucky Brand bathing suit that I have had since eighth grade lol.
As promised, below are the details on yesterday’s outfits. Yes, outfits plural, I’m trying to squeeze in as many looks as possible😂. Unfortunately, most of these pieces are from last summer, so they are no longer available for purchase. But, because I’m fabulous, I will still link them below, along with similar styles that I like.
My first outfit of the day, for a little walk on the beach with the fam was very simple and required few accents. I wore the Joie Ashawa Dress along with these Sam Edelman beaded gladiator sandals and my favorite Chanel tote, the perfect vacay staple. As you can see, I can clutching this bag for dear life in almost every photo. I love this thing.
Outfit number two of the day on the beach is also very simple. The black dress I am wearing is from Forever 21 called the Knit Dress, one of their basics. Over this I paired this blue and white stripped button down. It’s a thin jersey material and I honestly have no recollection of where or when I purchased this. But here is a similar one from Showpo that has the same look. I wore a white Asos bathing suit that is so plain but just the right cut. I believe it is apart of their Asos Basics line and it is always available.
Next: for dinner I wore this MSGM dress the Friday Frill Striped Mini Dress which is also last season and out of stock. Here is a similar black dress that is made in the same thick knit material. Perfect for the cool Florida nights because you’re still comfortably warm without a sweater. Sweaters always seem to ruin my outfit. I have a personal problem with sweaters. So any summer dress that is substantially warm enough to wear without a sweater, I’m all for. I wore these Sam Edelman strapey heels which I thought would be great for walking around for a night in Naples, but I have never been more wrong. My feet are raw, but they looked great, so it’s totally okay lol. Similar dress
Despite what my family may think, packing a week in advance and planning every outfit out down to my underwear, has really paid off lol. My packing anxiety has subsisted for the time being lol.
