Evening Valentine’s Day Look

Evening Valentine’s Day Look

After months of blogging, this look is by far my favorite. I love Valentine’s day and all the beautiful colors that come with it.

To start off: this bag was an impulse buy and I’ve been saving it for just the right day, clearly today of all days is the most perfect.

This clutch is nothing but fun, definitely not a go to piece, but something you want in your collection for loving days like today. Unique pieces like this are what complete a wardrobe, in my opinion.

I’m sure you already guessed by the texture and wording, that this clutch is Kate Spade from her New York Collection, the “Forever License Plate Clutch” . Unlike most acrylic clutches, despite it’s hard shell, it has a lot of room. It’s inner credit card slots minimize the need for a wallet. It has just the right amount of room for a cellphone and all of the many lip products it took to create my lips in this look. It also has a tasteful gold wristlet strap that can be tucked inside or left out for use.

Moving on to my second accessory of the evening, my Kendra Scott “Gold Anastasia
. I love this piece so much because it can be worn day or night, its full and makes a statement, but also has a rather dainty, light feel to it which makes it very comfortable and feminine. The adjustable, almost draw string like, clasp on this piece make it so versatile, long or short to change up it’s look that much more. Leaving the length long in the back is also very beautiful from behind.

Now for this jaw dropping Cinq á Sept “Red Luna Dress”. The flirty aspect of any strapless dress is perfect for Valentine’s day, along with the t-length mermaid cut, which can be dressed up or down for any V day occasion. I had so much fun strutting around in this dress. Despite its tightness around the hips, this dress is rather comfortable and very easy to wear without having to be too mindful of it’s position.

The mink wrap I wore in this look belongs to my fabulous mother, a Valentine’s day gift from my father years ago if I am not mistaken

Lastly outfit wise, my shoes are the classic Valentino Rock Studs which add a bit of edginess to this look to balance out the sweetness of my dress and clutch.

Now for the big reveal about my makeup (or lack there of) that I have been dying to share
with you guys! This look required nothing but eye shadow and lipstick. That’s right, no foundation what so ever. I recently got a chemical peel on my face that has evened out my skin tone beyond belief. I can not wait to share all the details on this with you. A full post including before, progress and after photos included!!!

I used the Anastasia Modern
Renaissance pallet in the shades “Love Letter” and “Primavera”  for my eyes to achieve this cut crease look. With a smidge of Glitter Injections in the pressed pan, “Felling Like a Mermaid” for a pop of glam in my inner corner. For my lips I used the Bite Beauty Cosmetics lipstick in the shade “Holly” which is limited edition. Overlaying I used the BRAND NEW Glam Glow PLUMPRAGEOUS™ GLOSS LIP which is so insanely beautiful, I’ve been waiting for this gloss to come out for what seems like forever.

I had SO MUCH fun with look, I hope it gives you a bit of inspiration for your Valentine’s day style tonight! ❤️😍
